What it costs
Solid buys model access on the Antseed network, where independent providers compete for every request, and sets a price per model that you see in the app. Then half of what you are charged comes back to you. In USD per million tokens as of November 4, 2026:
A developer spending $500 a month on Opus through the official API would be charged about $30 for the same usage through Solid, and get $15 of it back.

How it works
When your agent sends a request, it goes to Solid with your Solid key. Solid checks the key and your monthly limit, then passes the request to an Antseed provider it has selected for that model. The provider processes it, either itself or through an upstream AI service, and the answer streams back to your agent through Solid.
Solid acts as the buyer on your behalf and pays providers in USDC through Antseed. Solid does not store your prompts or answers: requests pass straight through, and we only keep usage counts (requests, tokens, cost) for billing. Your account profile is never attached; what you put in your prompts, files or code is sent with the request so the model can answer it.
Usage is added up each day and charged from your Wallet as one AI agents entry in Activity. The 50% shows as pending straight away and is credited to USD Yield 14 days later.

Antseed is an open, peer-to-peer network for AI inference. Anyone can be a provider, from teams running open models on their own hardware to services offering access to frontier models, and anyone can be a buyer. Providers list what they serve and at what price, buyers connect to them directly, and payments settle in USDC on Base, so activity on the network can be checked onchain.
The protocol is open source and stewarded by the non-profit Antseed Foundation, which raised $2.4M in a token round led by Spark Capital. It is built for agents: no account system, stablecoin-native payments, always-on providers.
For Solid, that open access is the point. It is how one key reaches Claude, GPT, DeepSeek, Kimi and GLM today, how new models can be added as providers bring them, and why prices come in where they do.

Good to know
Is this the same as card cashback?
No. It is extra, on top of your card cashback, with its own monthly limit: $50 on Core, $100 on Prime, $200 on Ultra. Every tier gets 50% back.
Where do I see model prices?
On the AI agents page in the app, with each model's price and how far below the official price it is. DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, Kimi K3 and GLM 5.3 are the lowest-cost options for long agent runs.
What if my Wallet runs low?
Your keys pause and restart as soon as you add funds.
Can I control spend?
Each key has its own monthly limit. You get notified at 80% and when it is reached, and other keys keep working.
Lost my key?
Keys are shown once. Delete it and create a new one; cashback on past usage is still paid.
AI Agents is a Solid Rewards benefit, subject to the Solid Rewards Terms and Conditions. Model prices are set by Solid based on provider rates on the Antseed network and may change; savings are compared to official list prices per million tokens.
