Cashback Is Now in USDC, and It Earns Yield

Jul 21, 2026

TLDR: Two upgrades to Solid Card cashback. First, it's now paid in USDC, a stable dollar value with nothing to decode and nothing to time. Second, it lands straight in your Savings, so on top of the cashback you earned, it immediately starts earning yield too. Your rewards now stack.

What's new

Cashback is now paid in USDC. Every purchase you make with the Solid Card earns cashback in USDC. It holds a stable dollar value, so what you earn back is worth what it says, with nothing to convert and nothing to time.

And now it earns even more. Your cashback no longer sits idle. It's paid directly into your Savings, where it starts earning yield the moment it arrives. So you get the cashback, and then that cashback keeps growing on its own. Rewards on top of rewards.

You keep full custody the whole time. It's your wallet, your funds, your yield.

How much you earn

Your cashback rate and monthly cap depend on your Solid Rewards tier:

Tier Cashback Monthly cap
Core 3% back up to $50
Prime 4% back up to $100
Ultra 5% back up to $200

When it arrives

Cashback is credited 14 days after a transaction settles. That short delay covers the refund window, so you're only paid on purchases you actually keep. Once credited, it flows into your Savings and immediately joins the rest of your balance earning yield.

When you want to use it

Your cashback keeps earning until you decide to touch it. When you're ready:

  • Spend it: move it from Savings to your card in a couple of taps and it's live on your card balance right away.
  • Swap it: convert it back to USDC directly from the homepage whenever you want a plain USDC balance.

And if you do nothing at all, it simply keeps growing.

If you already have a Solid Card, you're all set. Your next qualifying purchase earns cashback in USDC, paid straight into Savings, earning yield from the moment it lands.

Don't have the card yet? Grab it in the Solid app and start earning cashback that works as hard as you do.
